Nobody wants bad breath so here are some tips to prevent it:

- Good oral hygiene is the best way to prevent bad breath; brush your teeth twice a day and floss daily.

- If you use a mouthwash containing alcohol you may benefit from switching to an alcohol-free mouthwash as this won't dry your mouth out as much, meaning less chance of bad breath.

- Eating foods rich in Vitamin C such as berries can help prevent gum disease and smelly breath.

"Make sure that you visit your dentist at least twice a year for checkups and dental cleanings."
