Some individuals are virtually addicted to sugary beverages such as soda. Unfortunately, these liquids will cause tooth decay and other oral health problems. Why should you avoid such solutions and are there any expert recommendations to keep in mind?

  • Soda is one of the biggest culprits of tooth decay.
  • Even fruit drinks high in sugar can have a similar effect.
  • It is much better to opt for a cool glass of water.

"If you must have an occasional soda or energy drink, consume it at one sitting and rinse with water afterwards."
