Worst Foods For Your Teeth
There are some foods that are just not good for the health of your teeth. Your dentist will tell you that these foods help the bacteria that cause plaque (which leads to cavities) to thrive and proliferate. The worst foods are:

- sour hard-boiled and jelly sweets
- Fizzy drinks
- Alcohol
- Bread
- Citrus fruits
- Dried fruits
- Potato crisps
- Ice

"How can you prevent plaque from wreaking havoc on your mouth? Besides brushing your teeth at least twice a day and flossing and visiting a dentist regularity, try to avoid or limit the foods listed."

He has been lectured and mentored by some leading international clinicians in implant dentistry at venues such as the Dentium World Symposium in Moscow, Harvard University and the Branemark Institute in Johannesburg, South Africa.

For many years, he trained newly qualified dentists as well as running teaching sessions at the Glasgow Dental School and he currently mentors less experienced implant dentists.

Since 2005, Michael has been fully trained and indemnified to perform a wide variety of non surgical facial cosmetic procedures to remove lines and wrinkles including the use of laser, chemical peel, botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
